Refund Policy – CRE8

CRE8 provides professional consulting, marketing, business, and creative services. Due to the nature of these services, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

By purchasing any service from CRE8, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Nature of Services

All products and services offered by CRE8 are non-physical, professional services.
No tangible goods are shipped or delivered.

Service delivery may include strategic consulting, advisory sessions, creative direction, digital deliverables, or other professional engagements as described in the product listing or formal agreement.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The service has not yet started

  • No onboarding, consultation, strategy session, or work has been initiated

  • A written refund request is submitted within 48 hours of payment

If these conditions are met, CRE8 may issue a full or partial refund at its discretion.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services that have already started

  • Completed or partially completed services

  • Time-based consulting sessions that have been scheduled or delivered

  • Subscription fees for the current billing cycle

  • Customized, strategic, or creative work prepared specifically for the client

  • Missed or unattended consultation sessions


4. Subscription Cancellations

For monthly or annual subscription services:

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice

  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once invoiced

  • Services will continue through the end of the paid billing cycle


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting CRE8 may result in immediate service suspension.

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating disputes with payment providers.


6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, CRE8 may offer a partial refund or service credit at its sole discretion. Such decisions do not set a precedent for future refunds.
